I would love to hear from you!

Your newest song and tribute to Pope John Paul II is so very beautiful. I wish I could say something original, but sometimes to say that something is beautiful is accurate in the most simple way, and about the best we can describe this side of heaven. Debbie Troy is one of our choir members, and she told us of her visit to Our Lady of the Lake a while ago when you were cantoring and how lovely that was for all. May God continue to bless you and your calling to music ministry in this wonderful way.

Dearest Kitty, Once again…thank you so much for sharing the musical gifts of your soul and your beautiful, divinely inspired song for “Pope John Paul II”. May I tell you, your voice and the message you sing has touched me deeply. Truly, your gift is illuminating and breathtaking, and it is by no accident that your song comes at such an important time for me-for all of us! I am sure that even the Holy Father, himself, is graciously pleased with your expression of love, hope and care as he watches over you on the other side. It captures the very essence of who he was and how I feel inside about him as I celebrate his life and mourn the loss of this very holy man…Well done, dearest Kitty. Thank you and God bless you!

I have just listened to your song in memory of Pope John Paul. It is so beautiful! I came to know your music through my sister and brother-in-law, Betsy and Bob Marino (They live in Mandeville and are members of Our Lady of the Lake Parish). I have also had the pleasure of hearing you sing at Mass there while I was visiting them. You have a beautiful voice and just listening to you sing makes me feel even closer to God. Thank you for sharing your gift with me! I wish you, your husband, and your baby girl all the best. She will bring lots of joy to your life.

Thank you once again for a beautiful song dedicated to our dear pope, John Paul II. I have a two year old daughter and can honestly say that through your music she is touched by the Blessed Mother and Jesus. She always comments on them saying that they are near her. Thank you so very much for this ministry. (I am also a teacher and know that our young people are hungry for God.)

Yours is a voice from heaven-and the fact that you say (in your story about going to Rome) that God may want you to sing for popes one day and “other” people the next, is so awesome and true. Don’t forget us, the others, because we also desire beauty, and you have it to give. God Bless you, Ivanka
