I would love to hear from you!
Crystal H.
Hi Kitty,
My name is Crystal. I was at the women's retreat this weekend with my mother, and several other friends. My mother stopped briefly to speak to you and relay how much she loved your voice, and that she uses your Rosary cd on a weekly basis. At the time I did not realize who you were. After we walked off she told me who you were, and reminded me of how your music had touched my life & got me through a very difficult time. I tried locating you again, but could not find you (imagine that!).
On August 14th, 2007, my mother rode with me while I drove my then 2 and a half year old to Children's Hospital. We were fairly sure he would be diagnosed with type 1 Diabetes. Immediately when we got in my vehicle she put on your cd, with "This Thorn" on it. A week later I was driving home from the hospital, in a fog, not certain of what lay ahead. The only thing I knew for sure was our lives had just been turned upside down and I did not know how I would be able to effectively take care of my son. The first song I remember hearing on the ride home was "This Thorn". I was immediately struck by your faith in this song. I listened to this song exclusively for several days. It became my own prayer to God. I can say, without a doubt, that your song helped to me get through this very difficult time, and helped me to completely put my trust in God! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THAT GIFT!
I hope to see you again at a CCRNO function, or at one of your concerts so I can thank you in person.
God Bless, Crystal

My friend, Helen, met you at a Catholic function and played your CDs regularly. I first bought some for myself. The ones I'm buying today are for my sister for whom I played your CD during this Christmastime.
You have a beautiful voice and a lovely, Christian spirit.
God bless you, J.D.

Dear Kitty,
I picked up your CD in the back of our church in the Lighthouse Media display. The first time I heard your voice, I wept with joy at something so beautiful. Your story is so powerful, as well, and parts of it resonated to me and my life.
My husband is currently in the process of obtaining an annulment and with God's grace we will be married in the Catholic Church soon. Hearing your story made me so hopeful and trusting in God's grace.
Thank you for sharing your story! It has made a difference in my life.

Kitty, I just finished listening to your CD from Lighthouse. Your story brought so many joyful tears to me. Your love for Jesus shone through. Your journey gives me hope that God will reach my dear Protestant friends who pity me for being Catholic. I hope to share this CD with many of them. I grew up as a Mormon and became Catholic in 2000. In 1999 I became a Christian and my wonderful friends who introduced me to Jesus still have a hard time understanding why I would have become Catholic in the first place.

Kitty,
We love, love your music and gorgeous voice (what a gift). Your testimony, the chaplet—very uplifting. I love “In the Breaking of the Bread!” Can’t wait to get your Arias, etc. Our Basilica in San Juan is selling your CDs, but they don’t have all of them. I do have your Christmas CD. God bless you in all you do in song. The Lord is so pleased! In Christ,

Dear Kitty,
I have a copy of your Divine Mercy CD and love it. I would like to use it for our celebration on Divine Mercy Sunday. We will use the glorious mysteries of the Rosary. It would be wonderful to use your songs to sing for an opening hymn and our closing hymn. Would you be willing to give us permission? If so, would you be willing to send us the lyrics for Miracle of Love Divine Mercy CD? In Christ, Barb

P.S. Imagine my surprise as I listened to your testimony of “Our Lady of the Lake”.

Thank you for the email of Kitty's concert. It's unfortunate that I live so far away but I will play my CD during this Holy Week and will keep her in my prayers. I have her CD at the top of my list because she was so special at our church in Marshall, Mo. I feel so blessed to have been at that concert, and she holds a special place in my heart!
I am so envious of her because she has the talent and gets to perform with all these brillant people. The places she has been will only be in my dreams, so I am so happy for her. God bless you and keep you safe in his arms.

Dear Kitty,
I wish you God's speed in your ministry. You are in my prayers. I enjoy your tapes so often–I keep them in my car. Wish I could be in La. to attend your concerts but will have to be content to stay in Columbus,Ohio. I'm looking forward TO THE GREAT CELEBRATION OF EASTER.

Kitty, I really enjoy your music and I have a few of your cd's. I truly enjoy the song by John Michael Talbot, God alone is enough, and your rendition of it. It far surpasses anything I've ever heard.
I love the old and new songs devoted to our Blessed Mother but they are really hard to find on cd. If you ever find it in your heart to produce a cd of songs to her, I'll be one of the first buyers.
God bless you and your loved ones and please, keep singing and producing songs of others to hear.

Hi Kitty, I am back in North Carolina. I would rather be home in New Orleans, but I am here. I would be at the mass at St. Joseph's church, but New Orleans is a little to far to go.
Anyway, I was thinking of you the other day, thinking about the Feast of the Divine Mercy coming up. I am trying to find a church here in Raleigh celebrating with a mass. I'll be saying the novena and listening to your beautiful Divine Mercy chaplet.
Have a Blessed Holy Week and a Happy Easter.

Kitty,
I think I was moved even more this year than last year. It was truly beautiful. The words you wrote spoken by Father John hit home on so many levels. You are so very talented and your sharing your gifts ~ being a "music missionary" ~ is such a gift to all of us. Thanks.
Interestingly, I recently got in touch with Michael Balhoff ~ a former priest who was one of the original Dameans (with Darryl Ducote, Buddy Ceasar, Gary Ault and Gary Daigle), who wrote Remember My Love. Mike's sister graduated with me at the Academy in Baton Rouge so the Dameans did a lot of our high school Masses and Retreats back in the day. The day I heard back from Mike (about a week ago), they sang the song at Mass at OLL. The timing was perfect. It was profound again to hear it tonight.
As you probably know, none of the Dameans are priests any longer, but Mike still has a strong faith life and was touched that their songs are still sung in churches. You did a beautiful job singing it tonight.
Again, thanks for the gift of tonight and the blessing that you gave all of us.
Take good care, Paige

Hi Kitty,
Tonight was a very special night and I wanted to thank you for all of the hard work and effort that went into putting it together. When I received the e-mail, I called my sisters and my parents who all live "way over in Metairie" and they jumped at the chance to come.It made the night even more special for me.
You are such an inspiration and your God given talent never ceases to amaze me.Thank you for sharing it with us.
God Bless you and yours, Charmaine

On Monday night of Holy Week at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Catholic Church in Mandeville, Louisiana, the pastor, Father John Talamo, had a 'Holy Hour' where he read meditations and prayers for a very special healing service, and it was all interspersed with music sung by Kitty, accompanied by piano. It was very peaceful and, indeed, very healing. At the end Father John recognized Kitty with having given the gift of her voice for the service, but then he added that Kitty wrote the prayers he read for the entire evening. How incredible that was!!
Thank you, Kitty!

Dear Kitty,
Thank you for the gift of a deeply spiritual and holy Adoration last night at OLL. Your moving reflections and music intimately drew Christ into every heart present. It was the perfect start to Holy Week.
Last night was one of those very rare occasions when we actually feel the mangnificence of God's presence with us…almost as if we could touch Him. Clearly, since there wasn't a dry eye in the church, you brought him "alive" for us.
Certainly, He let you know to make this your next CD!
God bless,
Kathy
