Dearest Kitty, Backstage on EWTN was a blessing to all of us. Keep me in your prayers as you are in mine each day. Please, keep me up to date on our "little ones". You are a messenger of God's Love for each of us. To Jesus Through Mary With Pope John Paul. Love and Prayers, Your Fr. Jim McCarthy

I was deeply moved by Kitty Cleveland's performance on Backstage last night. The quality of her voice is rich and angelic. Her phrasing was prayerful, sincere and conversational. Her witness and her dialogue regarding the importance of Eucharist in her life was very comforting and inspiring. The Light of the Christ radiated from her at every moment during her presentation. God has given her such a beautiful gift and face. I am a singer myself and not moved by many. I purchased all of her work online and would actually love to meet her someday...

Was very pleased with your recent newsletter and dates of future performances. Good luck on your future family plans. By the way you may know this, but I am going to write in just in case you are not aware. St. Gerard Majellian (whom I am named for) is the patron saint of expectant mothers. St. Gerard was also a Redemptorist priest, like Blessed Father Seelos. Years ago there was a regular novena to St. Gerard in Redemportist Parish, for expectant mothers and women trying to become pregnant. God Bless you and you family, Jerry

I wish you the best in all of your ministries. The Lord blesses us in so many ways that we can't seem to comprehend. Being a mom is the most beautiful gift one can receive. I was truly blessed with six children through natural conception. These were the six most beautiful and special moments in my life. How wonderful it was that one of your songs was in the opening segment of a past Cursillo weekend at Regina Coeli.

My mom, Diane Fahy, met Kitty Cleveland at a women's convention in Oxford, Michigan at Queen of the Families. She brought home the beautiful story of Kitty's life and her CD "Sacred Arias", and it touched me. She certainly has the voice of an angel and she sings like a dream. I am looking forward to getting her CD "Surrender". Julia Fahy, age 13, Louisville, KY

Dear Kitty, You sang at my aunt Jeannette O'Brien's funeral mass at Lakelawn with Fr. Christopher Nalty. Your singing is truly a gift from God. It touched me so deeply, I can't even put how I felt and how I continue to feel when I listen to your C.D.'s into words. I would like to make a donation to your wonderful ministry. Please e-mail me back an address which I can send the donation. Thank you again. Cecilia Babin

I just wanted to thank you for coming to sing at St. Columba parish in Durango, Colorado in mid-February. We really get so few uplifting Catholic speakers here, much less Catholic musicians. You were such a treat to listen to and had such a beautiful message to share. You have a lovely voice. Thank you so much for coming and PLEASE come here more often!!!!! We'd LOVE to have you again and again and again!!! Thank you Kitty and thank you Mel for sharing your talents with the world and with us in Durango! May God continue to bless you richly.

Hi, Kitty, I saw you on a taped segment of "Life on the Rock" while visiting my parents for the Christmas holidays. My Mom has Parkinson's disease and the TV is always set on EWTN. I just wanted to say how beautifully I thought you sang. I was moved and inspired for my own singing for Christmas. I am a professional Classical singer, as well as a Catholic Church cantor. I sing on Radio Mass of Baltimore every Sunday. In the past few years I have been growing in clarity about the ministry that my singing is. What I appreciated about your performances on the show was the freedom and artistry of your singing (like you really can sing!), as well as that it was clearly from your heart. Thank you for the contribution you make to a lot of people, and thank you for the contribution you have made to me this Christmas season.

Kitty, your voice is a miracle. How blessed we felt at St. Columba in Durango, Colorado to have you join us for Mass and to sing to us on Sunday evening. God has given you such a beautiful gift and you are so generous to share it so graciously.

I first heard Kitty play the Mother Abbess in Tulane Lyric Summer Theater's production of The Sound of Music. When she hit those high, full notes in "Climb Every Mountain" I got goose bumps! That was several years ago. I am now getting married and was thrilled to be able to contact her via her Sacred Arias CD. She has an unparalleled range and tone, and is a joy to listen to.
